In the city center and about 20 minutes by car from the airport and Praia da Vitória. BASIC SUPPLIES AND AMENITIES: Fully equipped with olive oil, vinegar, salt, sugar, tea, coffee, kitchen paper, napkins, liquid hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, laundry detergent, towels, bed linens, shampoo, shower gel, pots/pans and other kitchen utensils, coffee machine with capsules, toaster, kettle, microwave, some seasonings, etc. You may bring your own basic food supplies for meals in the apartment. However, you can add our breakfast service (additional cost). COMFORT AND PRIVACY: Shared entrance. While there are wooden shutters and curtains to block sunlight and reduce noise, some sound may still enter due to the central location. PARKING: Public, paid parking is available in front of the accommodation. There is a free parking lot, "Bailão," near the accommodation. After parking, you will have easy access to the house via the staircase located behind the parking lot. There is also free parking 5-8 minutes away walking: the "Parque Municipal do Relvão." LAUNDRY: Avoid airline baggage fees and travel light by refreshing your clothes in the apartment. It is equipped with laundry detergent, a drying rack, and a washing machine. TOWELS AND BED LINEN: Azores Touch has a team that prepares everything before your arrival. We perform a thorough cleaning and provide all bed linens and bath towels. Normally, we change these every 3 days during our guests' stay. Please confirm the most convenient time for accommodation maintenance during your check-in. CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT HOURS: In-person and flexible based on reservation times. We live on a different and very welcoming island, so our team will personally meet guests during check-in and check-out. Therefore, it’s important to inform us in advance about your desired arrival and departure times. Please let us know about any special requests in advance. INTERNET / TV: Access to wireless internet and a flat-screen TV in the kitchen and one of the bedrooms. CRIB: Please inform us in advance if a crib will be needed.
