This accommodation offers an authentic, peaceful and relaxing experience, where the sound of the sea and views of the Atlantic are part of your daily life. Located right next to the Refúgio bathing area, it is ideal for guests seeking comfort, tranquility and immediate access to the ocean.
• LOCATION: Rua do Refúgio Nº144, right next to the Refúgio bathing area, one of the most popular coastal spots on Terceira Island.
Approximately 15 minutes by car from Angra do Heroísmo and about 25 minutes from Praia da Vitória.
Here, you can simply step outside and enjoy a refreshing swim in the crystal-clear waters of Refúgio.
• CONDIMENTS AND BASIC ITEMS: Fully equipped with olive oil, vinegar, salt, sugar, tea, coffee, paper towels, napkins, liquid hand soap, dishwashing detergent, toilet paper, towels, bed linen, shampoo, shower gel, laundry/dishwasher detergent, pots, pans and various kitchen utensils, coffee machine with capsules, toaster, microwave, first aid kit and some basic seasonings.
Guests should bring their own groceries. However, breakfast service is available upon request (additional cost).
• COMFORT AND PRIVACY: Private entrance and quiet surroundings.
• PARKING: Private parking available on the property.
• LAUNDRY: Washing machine available, allowing you to travel light and keep your clothes fresh during your stay.
• TOWELS AND BED LINEN: The property is fully prepared before your arrival, including general cleaning and provision of all bed linen and bath towels.
The change of bed linen and towels is normally scheduled at check-in.
• INTERNET / TV: Free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV in the living room.
• CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT: In person and flexible.

- We kindly ask you to phone us about your arrival time once you are at your destination.
- During the low-season check in and check-out hours are flexible. Contact the agency to discuss possibilities .

Calm, tranquil villa by the sea

This was a lovely villa in a great location. I only used the main bedroom and the bed was very comfortable. The house was equipped with everything I needed. Waking up to the ocean view was lovely and going to listening to the waves was peaceful. Quisee more

Waking up to the ocean view was lovely and going to listening to the waves was peaceful. Quiet location, though Angra was a short journey away.
Having a car is useful here though I arrived with a hire care and left via a taxi. Azores touch can organise car rental too. You can walk to the oceanic pools and the village centre from the house. Azores touch staff were helpful and communicated well. Recommended. |

The driveway is very small. Though not sure if this could be changed. A parking spot close by would be useful.
