This cozy accommodation, located in the charming city of Praia da Vitória, is the perfect place to enjoy the tranquility of Terceira Island and discover everything this beautiful island has to offer!
Managed by Azores Touch, this house is just a few steps away from the seafront promenade, the beach, restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, pharmacies, and local shops. Whether you wish to relax by the sea, explore Terceira’s culture, or experience local traditions, everything will be within your reach.
LOCATION: Rua da Misericórdia, Praia da Vitória.
Located in a central and privileged area of the city, just a few minutes’ walk from Praia da Vitória beach and marina. Approximately 10 minutes by car from Lajes Airport and around 20 minutes from the city of Angra do Heroísmo.
CONDIMENTS & BASIC ESSENTIALS: Fully equipped with olive oil, vinegar, salt, sugar, tea, coffee, kitchen paper, napkins, liquid hand soap, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper, laundry detergent, towels, bed linen, shampoo, shower gel, coffee capsules, pots/pans and other kitchen utensils, microwave, coffee machine, and some spices, among other essentials for a comfortable stay.
Please bring your own groceries and basic food items for meals at the accommodation.
However, you may add our breakfast service for an additional fee.
COMFORT & PRIVACY: Private entrance.
The house has been prepared to provide comfort and convenience throughout your stay. Although located in a central area of the city, ideal for exploring everything on foot, some occasional urban noise may occur.
PARKING: Public parking is available near the accommodation.
There are also free parking areas within walking distance.
LAUNDRY: Avoid airline baggage fees and travel light by refreshing your clothes during your stay. The accommodation is equipped with a washing machine, detergent, and dryer machine.
TOWELS & BED LINEN: Azores Touch has a dedicated team that prepares everything before your arrival, ensuring general cleaning and providing all bed linen and bath towels.
For longer stays, we usually replace towels and bed linen every 3 days. The best time for accommodation maintenance should be confirmed during check-in.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT TIMES: In-person and flexible according to the reservation schedule.
We live on a unique and very welcoming island, so our team will personally meet guests during check-in and check-out.
(Check-ins: from 2:00 PM // Check-outs: until 12:00 PM).
INTERNET / TV: Free wireless internet access and flat-screen TV.
CRIB: Please let us know in advance if you require a crib.
We provide a portable crib suitable for children aged 0 to 4 years old.
